Return and Exchange Policy
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
For exchange requests, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that we allow one exchange per product.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
1. Exchanges are only available for the same product in different sizes. We do not offer exchanges for different products. Refer our size charts for the exact size of the Product before placing an order for a hassle-free purchase.
2. Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly through our website.
3. Products that are requested for Exchange should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions. We will then ship the Replacement size/fit to you. Please allow 7-8 business days for processing and shipping.
4. For exchange, Reverse Pickup + New Shipment charge will be borne by customers. The following items are non exchangeable:
- Custom sized/Personalised products
- Products purchased in sales or discounts.
- Products with minor fitting issues.
5. Why WhatsApp/Email Contact?
We require Phone, WhatsApp or Email for Exchanges to ensure personalised service and to help you find the best fit. Our team can offer advice on sizing and help you choose the right replacement.
6. We do not offer returns/refunds on any of our products.
7. Refused or Undeliverable packages: If a package is refused or undeliverable and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the Return shipping charges, as well as any additional charges incurred.
8. We ensure to deliver nothing but the best quality products that are defect free to our customers. All our pieces are thoroughly checked before dispatching. However in the rare case of any damages, kindly contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item with the same product.
